Shipping Info: In-stock orders will be shipped within two to four days after purchase. Pre-Orders will be shipped around the mentioned release date.

We choose Deutsche Post for shipping. For international shippings please expect around two weeks delivery time. Sometimes it can take a bit longer. If you did not receive your shipped order after 3-4 weeks, please get in touch with us.
Return Policy: If you are not happy with your ordered item, you can return it within 14 days after you received it. Shipping costs for returned items have to be payed in full by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the costs for the item, but not for the initial shipping to your address you provided.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it or refund your payment, depending on if the item is still in stock. Should it be lost, we will send you a replacement item or refund your payment, depending on if them item is still in stock.
